3.1 Model
The model of the coal loader consists of two parts, which are connected in parallel. The first part is the structural type code of the coal loader, as specified in Table 1. The first digit of the second part, GS, indicates the code of the boiler coal loader, and the last digit indicates the rated evaporation capacity of the industrial boiler (for lifting and arm type coal loader) or the coal loading capacity (for scraper type coal loader), which is expressed in numbers. If it is a hot water boiler, the rated thermal power can be converted to 1t/h rated evaporation capacity according to 0.7MW rated thermal power.

3.2 Basic parameters
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 21, 1992
Implemented on May 1, 1993
Basic parameters should be in accordance with the provisions of Table 2.

4.1 Requirements for parts manufacturing
4.1.1 General requirements
4.1.1.1 The coal loader shall be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.1.2 The main raw materials (including welding materials) shall comply with the design drawings and the relevant standards. Material substitution shall be approved according to the prescribed procedures and the substitution procedures shall be handled.
4. 1. 1.3
4. 1. 1. +
The mechanical properties of the castings shall comply with the provisions of GB9439. The castings shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. The machining dimensional deviation without tolerance shall be manufactured according to the IT14 level precision in GB1804. Purchased parts must be accompanied by a certificate of conformity or quality certificate before they can be used. 4.1.1.5
Outsourced parts must comply with the requirements of the design drawings and technical documents. 4.1.1.6
In addition to the requirements specified in the drawings, the welds of welded structures shall also meet the following requirements: There shall be no cracks, pores or slag inclusions on the weld surface. The height of the butt weld shall not be lower than the parent material, but the remaining height shall not exceed 3mm, and the weld and the parent material shall have a smooth transition. The height b.
of the fillet weld shall not have a negative deviation.
The undercut depth of the weld shall not exceed 1mm, the sum of the undercut lengths on both sides of the weld shall not exceed 15% of the total length of the weld, and the continuous undercut length c.
shall not exceed 50mm.
4.1.1.8 After welding, the steel structure shall have a smooth and flat appearance. 4.1.1.9 When bolts are connected, the screw hole position tolerance T, if not specified, shall comply with the following provisions: a.
When the connected parts are all plain holes:
When one of the holes of the connected parts is a screw hole:
Where: T--screw hole position tolerance value, mm; D-bolt hole diameter (basic size), mm;
d---bolt diameter (basic size), mm. T
