This standard specifies the model compilation, structural size, terminal position, specifications and overall dimensions of small valve-controlled sealed lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries).
This standard is applicable to batteries for emergency lighting equipment, uninterruptible power supplies, mobile measuring equipment, and various DC power supplies with a rated capacity of less than 25Ah.

The terminal position can be divided into six types as shown in Figures 2 to 7. The specific selection can be negotiated between the user and the manufacturer. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on August 6, 1992 and implemented on January 1, 1993
