3.0.1 The steel, accessories and welding materials (welding rods, welding wires, welding flux, etc.) used in the manufacture of water jacket heating furnaces shall all have factory quality certificates and the product quality shall comply with the provisions of the current national standards for the product. The quality certificate of welding rods shall include the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the deposited metal.
3.0.2 If the manufacturing unit suspects that the product is defective, it shall re-inspect the materials and accessories, and they can only be used after passing the re-inspection.
303 The steel plates and steel pipes used in the water-jacketed heating furnace shall be inspected for appearance before use. There shall be no defects such as delamination, scarring, cracks, slag inclusions, creases, etc. on the surface. The sum of the actual negative difference between the rust waist and the steel plate shall not exceed the allowable negative deviation of the steel plate and steel thickness. 3.0.4 Spiral welded pipes are strictly prohibited for the manufacture of coils and flues used in water-jacketed heating furnaces. The selection of materials and categories must comply with the provisions of the design drawings. 3.0.5 Steel pipes for high-pressure coils with a working pressure greater than 10MFa shall be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of GBJ235 (Industrial Pipeline Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code (Metal Pipeline Section)) for medium and high-pressure steel pipes, and they can only be used after passing the inspection.2 Fire tube
The fire tube is the furnace of the water jacket heating furnace. It is generally a cylindrical structure made of boiler steel plate. The fuel is sprayed into the fire tube through the burner and burned to heat the water in the water jacket. 2.1.3 Flueduct
The flue tube is a tube bundle welded by a single steel pipe or multiple seamless steel pipes and tube sheets. It is connected to the fire tube. The high-temperature flue gas is discharged from the smoke window through the flue pipe to heat the water in the water jacket.
2.1.4 Coiled pipe
The coiled pipe is a riveting pipe welded by serpentine pipes. The medium is heated by the hot water and steam in the water jacket when passing through it.
2.1.5 Tube sheet
The tube sheet is made of steel plate. One end of it is welded to the flue tube and the other end is welded to the fire tube.
z..6 Smoke and fire tube Smoke and fire tube is the pipe for burning and exhausting smoke in water-jacketed heating furnace. It is welded together with the fire tube.
