Import and export grain. Feedstuffs fosr import and export method for the inspection of type purity and their iztureSH/ T 0800. 171999
This standard is prepared in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1.1-1993 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Unit 1: Drafting and Expression Rules of Standards Part 1: Basic Provisions for Standard Preparation", and with reference to relevant domestic and foreign literature, combined with the work of import and export grain, feed type and intermixing inspection. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard
This standard is proposed by the State Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China and is under the jurisdiction of the Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China and the Yantai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of the People's Republic of China. The main drafters of this standard: Wang Yaobei, Gong Junqiu, Wang Xiumei, Huang Xiao. 1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection method of type purity and intermixing of import and export grain and feed. This standard applies to the inspection of the type, purity and mixing of imported and exported grains and feeds. 2 Referenced standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. SH/T0798—1999 Inspection of imported and exported grains, oils and feeds Inspection terms and terminology SHT0800.1-1999 Inspection of imported and exported grains, oils and feeds Sampling and sample preparation methods 3 Definitions
The definitions in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of SHT 0798. 4 Sampling and sample preparation
Perform in accordance with the provisions of SH/T0800.1.
5 Inspection methods
5.1 Instruments and utensilsbzxZ.net
5.1.1 Balance: sensitivity 0.1, 0. 01 g
5.1.2 Magnifying glass.
5.1.3 Sample tray, tweezers, and seed coat. 5.2 Operation method
Prepare the sample according to the provisions of Chapter 4 and Appendix A (Standard Appendix), weigh it on a balance with a sensitivity of 0.1, and pour it into the sample tray. According to the definition and grain characteristics or by comparing with the actual samples and photos, the grains of different types, varieties, colors, species, and shapes can be identified. For grains whose identities cannot be confirmed based on appearance alone, the grains can be cut and combined using the dissecting grid, and the identities can be determined according to the grain's organizational structure, cotyledon color, and the internal and external color of the seed coat, and weighed separately on a balance with a sensitivity of 0.01. 5.3 Calculation of results
5.3.1 The content of intermixing is calculated according to formula (1): Intermixing degree - m 10.
......... (1)
Wherein: m is the mass of different types, varieties, colors, species and shapes in the sample, : m is the mass of the sample, g.
5.3.2 Type purity is calculated according to formula (2): Type purity (g) = 100
Wherein: c is the percentage of different types in the sample, %; C2 is the percentage of different colors in the sample, %; Cs is the percentage of different species in the sample, %; t is the percentage of impurities in the sample, %. The measurement result is rounded to one decimal place.
