This standard specifies the types and basic parameters of blades for shearing machines. JB/T1828.1-1999
Replaces JB1828.1-85
This standard applies to blades for shearing machines with a length of less than 4000mm for general use (hereinafter referred to as blades). 2 Referenced Standards

The blades are divided into the following four types:
a) Type I: four-edged blade with countersunk hole (see Figure 1); b) Type II: four-edged blade with screw hole (see Figure 2); ) Type IⅢI: two-edged blade with countersunk hole 80°≤β<90° (see Figure 3); d) Type IV: two-edged blade with screw hole 80°≤β<90 (see Figure 4). (H-FM

3.1 Type I and IⅢI blades are allowed to have empty grooves on both sides, and their dimensions are t/2xh/2 (double-dotted line 3.2 The through hole of type I and IIII blades is allowed to have a stop groove (see Figure 5), and its size should comply with the provisions of Table 1 Figure 5 Positive groove
