2.2 For varieties not included in 2.1, their technical conditions shall be formulated by both the supplier and the buyer with reference to this standard. 2.3 The standard moisture regain of cable yarn and line is 14%, which is only used for weight conversion. 3 Grading regulations
Twist number/10 cm
3.1 Cable hemp yarn and thread are divided into genuine and secondary products. Their grades are evaluated according to the lowest of the test results of 3.3 physical indicators and 3.4 appearance defects of this standard.
The nominal fineness of cable hemp thread is determined by each manufacturer according to the actual twist shrinkage rate by the following formula. Nominal fineness of cable hemp thread (special) = _Nominal fineness of single yarn of cable hemp thread (special) × number of strands (1 twist shrinkage rate)

3.2 When grading cable hemp yarn and thread, the physical indicators are in batches, and the appearance defects are in twists (balls, barrels). 3.3 The physical indicators of cable hemp yarn are graded according to the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
