This standard replaces FZ/T80002-1991 "Label, package ,delivery and storage for garments". The main changes of this standard compared with FZ/T80002-1991 are as follows: Added the provision that the product packaging of infant clothing for two years old and below should use non-metallic products. Add the provision that the packaging of clothing products that come into direct contact with the skin should use non-metallic products. This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Clothing Standardization. This standard was drafted by the Shanghai Garment Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are: Xu Yunbao, Xu Jian, Qin Wei. The previous versions of the standards replaced by this standard are: -FZ/T80002--1991.
1 Scope
Clothing marking, packaging, transportation and purchase and storage
This standard specifies the general technical requirements for clothing marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to all kinds of clothing produced in batches. FZ/T 80002—2002
This standard does not apply to clothing produced in batches where the contracting parties have otherwise agreed on the technical requirements for packaging, transportation and storage. 2 Normative references

For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties that reach an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. 3 Marking
3.1 Product instructions
Instructions are an integral part of the delivered product. The contents of the instructions shall be implemented in accordance with GB5296.4. 3.2 Packaging marking
3.2.1 The outer packaging shall indicate the article number, product name, size or specification, grade, quantity, factory name, factory address, date of manufacture and the number and name of the standard implemented by the product.
3.2.2 The transport and storage pictorial signs shall comply with the provisions of relevant standards such as GB/T191 and GB/T6388. 4 Packaging
4.1 Inner packaging regulations
4.1.1 Inner packaging can be made of paper, plastic bags (plastic bags), paper boxes, hangers, pins, safety pins and other materials. The packaging materials should be clean and dry. 4.1.2 Non-metallic products should be used for product packaging of infant clothing for two years old and below. 4.1.3 Non-metallic products should be used for packaging of clothing products that come into direct contact with the skin. 4.1.4 Paper bag packaging
The paper bag should be folded properly and the packaging should be firm.
4.1.5 Plastic bag (plastic bag) packaging
4.1.5.1 The size of the plastic bag (plastic bag) should be suitable for the product, and the product should be placed in the plastic bag (plastic bag) flatly and with appropriate tightness. 4.1.5.2 When using plastic bags (plastic bags) with printed text or patterns, the pigments shall not contaminate the products. 4.1.5.3 Products with hanger packaging shall be straight and flat. 4.1.6 Carton packaging

Outer packaging regulations
4.2.1 Cartons and other materials may be used for outer packaging, and the packaging materials shall be clean, dry and firm. The technical requirements for corrugated cartons shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6543. Www.bzxZ.net
The carton shall be lined with moisture-proof materials that can protect the quality of the product. 4.2.2
3 The lid and bottom seals of the carton shall be tight and firm, and the sealing paper shall be pasted straight and flat. 4.2.3
4.2.4 The size of inner and outer packaging is appropriate
The outside of the box can be tied firmly with strapping tape and buckled firmly. 4.2.5
5 Transportation
During transportation, product packaging should be protected from moisture, damage and pollution. 6 Storage
Products should be stored in a moisture-proof manner, and wool products should be protected from moths. 6.1
6.2 Product packaging should be stacked in the warehouse. The warehouse should be dry, ventilated and clean. 200
