1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the main performance requirements, test procedures and test report contents of the test equipment used in the sinusoidal variable frequency vibration test of transport packages.
This standard is applicable to the assessment of the strength of transport packages under sinusoidal variable frequency vibration or resonance and the protection ability of the packaging to the contents. It can be used as a single test or as part of a series of tests. 2 Reference standards
GB3538 Marking method for various parts of transport packages GB/T4857.2 Temperature and humidity adjustment treatment of transport packages GB/T4857.3 Static load stacking test method for transport packages GB/T4857.17 General principles for compiling performance test outlines for transport packages 3 Test principle bzxz.net
Place the test sample on the vibration table in a predetermined state, and scan back and forth between 3 and 100 Hz according to the specified acceleration value and sweep rate within a predetermined time. Then, it can be subjected to vibration for a predetermined time within a range of 10% deviation from the main resonance frequency between 3 and 100 Hz.
If necessary, a certain load can be added to the test sample to simulate the situation where the transport package is at the bottom of the stack and is subjected to a sinusoidal vibration environment.
4 Test equipment
4.1 The vibration table
should have a sufficiently large size, sufficient strength, rigidity and load-bearing capacity. It is mounted on a mechanical structure that should ensure that the vibration table surface remains horizontal during vibration. The horizontal height difference between the highest point and the lowest point of the table surface shall not exceed 10mm. The vibration table may be equipped with:
low frame: to prevent the test sample from moving to the ends and sides during the test; high frame or other devices: to prevent the load applied to the test sample from shifting during vibration; b.
a device to simulate the fixing method of the package during transportation. State Technical Supervision Bureau approved on November 25, 1992, implementation on June 1, 1993
GB/T 4857. 1092
In addition, the vibration table shall comply with the requirements specified in 5.5.3. 4.2 Instruments
Test instruments, including accelerometers, charge amplifiers, information displays, recorders or storage devices. The response of the test system to the frequency range specified in this test should be accurate to ± 5%. Note: It can also be equipped with instruments for monitoring packaging containers and contents. Sensors can be used to record the vibration velocity, amplitude and frequency of the contents or the outer surface of the test sample related to the forced vibration of the vibration test bench. 5 Test procedure
5.1 Preparation of test samples
Prepare the test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.17. The number of test samples is generally not less than 3. 5.2 Numbering of various parts of the test samples
Number the various parts of the test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB3538. 5.3 Pretreatment of test samples
Select a condition for temperature and humidity pretreatment of the test samples in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4857.2. 5.4 Temperature conditions during the test
The test should be carried out under the same temperature and humidity conditions as those during the pretreatment. If the same conditions cannot be achieved, the test should be carried out under temperature and humidity conditions as close to them as possible.
5.5 Test steps
5.5.1 Record the temperature and humidity of the test site.
5.5.2 Place the test sample on the vibration table in the predetermined state, and the horizontal distance between the center of the bottom surface (or center of gravity) of the test sample and the center of the vibration table is within 10mm. The test sample can be fixed on the vibration table or surrounded by a frame. If necessary, a load can be added to the test sample, and its loading procedure should comply with the provisions of GB/T4857.3. 5.5.3 Test according to the following two methods
Method 1 Make the vibration table vibrate vertically and perform the frequency sweep test according to the following requirements: Frequency range: 3~100Hz; The number of repeated sweeps is shown in Appendix A (reference). Frequency sweep rate: 1/2 octave per minute. Maximum acceleration: It can be selected from 2.5±1m/s.5±1m/s2 and 7.5±1m/s2 according to different transportation conditions. When using an accelerometer for measurement, the accelerometer should be placed as close to the vibration table as possible as close to the package, but protective measures should be taken to prevent the accelerometer from contacting the package.
When there is a horizontal vibration component, the peak acceleration caused by this component should not be greater than 20% of the vertical component. Method 2 The test is carried out according to the procedure of Method 1, and the frequency is changed within 10% of the main resonance frequency. It can also be carried out with a vertical vibration frequency that varies within 10% of the second and third resonance frequencies. For the duration of vibration, see Appendix A (reference). 5.5.4 After the test, check the damage of the packaging and contents according to relevant standards and regulations, and analyze the test results. 6 Test report
The test report should include the following:
The name, specification, model, quantity, etc. of the contents; if simulated contents are used, they should be described in detail; a.
b. The number of test samples;
&, Detailed description of the name, size, structure and material specifications of the packaging container, accessories, cushioning pads, supports, fixing methods, sealing, bundling status and other protective measures:
d. Mass of the test sample and contents, in dry grams: 280
Description of the test equipment;
GB/T 4857.10—92
Whether to add load, if so, explain the weight of the added load (in grams) and the duration of the load for the test sample; The state of placement of the test sample and the restraint method during the test; Pretreatment temperature and humidity conditions and time;
Temperature and relative humidity of the test site,
Vibration duration, acceleration and rate range, if method 2 is used, explain the main resonance frequency and the second and third resonance frequencies. Test results: Any observed phenomena that can help correctly interpret the test results should be recorded in detail; Analysis of test results;
Explain the differences between the test method used and that in this standard; Test date, signature of the tester and seal of the test unit. 2.81
GB/T4857.10-92
Determination of vibration time
(reference)
The duration of vibration is generally specified by the product standard according to the specific conditions of the transportation environment. If not specified, it is recommended to: Sweep frequency test: 3Hz~100Hz~3Hz, repeated twice. a.
Resonance test: stay at the resonance frequency for 15min. b.
