Cycloidal pinwheel reducer
Test method for mechanical continuously variable transmission
3.1 Ordinary type: A variable speed reducer model composed of a first-stage transmission and a single-stage reducer. Its mechanical characteristics are divided into constant power type and constant torque type.
3.2 Large speed range type: A variable speed reducer model composed of a two-stage transmission and a single-stage reducer in series, whose mechanical characteristics are between constant power and constant torque characteristics.
4 Models and basic parameters
4.1 Models
The type consists of product code, machine model, speed range, mechanical characteristics, installation type, input power, reducer model and transmission ratio.
4.1.1 Product code
The product code of the speed reducer is indicated by "\PZ". 4.1.2 Machine model
a. Ordinary type is indicated by Arabic numerals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8; b. Type with a large speed range is indicated by Arabic numerals 1, 2, 3. 4.1.3 Number of speed stages
