3.5.2 Working performance
3.5.1.1 Full brake working performance

When the pressure at the air inlet of the distribution valve reaches the working pressure, the operating pressure of the brake air chamber should not exceed 10kPs3.5.3 System flexibility
When the trailer air tank is just rising to supply air to the brake air chamber, the pressure drop at the air inlet of the distribution network should be between 60-80ka. 354 Air pressure difference

3, 5.1 When the distribution valve is connected to a 1L gas storage tank and is in a fully released state, the pressure drop within 5 minutes under nominal pressure shall not exceed 15 kPae
3.5.5.2 When the distribution valve is connected to a 1L gas storage tank and is in a fully released state, the pressure drop within 5 minutes under nominal pressure shall not exceed 30 kPae
3.5. 6 Pressure resistance
After the pressure resistance test of the distribution valve at 125% of the nominal pressure for 30 cycles, no parts shall be damaged, and the sealing shall comply with the provisions of 3.5.5.
3.5.7 Durability
3.5.7.1 The distribution valve shall undergo a durability test on the bench for 15×10* cycles of operation: during the test, a sealing inspection shall be carried out every 5×10 cycles of operation.
3.5.7.1 After the durability test of the distribution valve is completed, the pressure drop of the sealing test shall not be less than 2 times the value specified in 3.5.5. 3. Stone protection Use period
As long as the user follows the installation, maintenance and use and testing specified in the instruction manual of the tractor trailer air brake device, the warranty period is the same as the annual engine warranty period.
During the warranty period, if the device fails or cannot be used normally due to the manufacturer's fault, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair, replacement and refund.
4 Test method
The test method shall refer to the provisions of 1T3117.2. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory test
Each device shall be inspected and tested by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped. The inspection items for shipment shall be in accordance with the regulations of the table. 5.2 Type inspection
