在酸性溶液中,二价铅与硫化氢反应生成难溶的硫化铅,用此进行目视比浊测定。4试剂
4.1氢氟酸:40%,
4.2盐酸:1:1。1:4g
4.3硫化氢饱和水溶液,
4.4铅标准溶液:0.005mgm1-l。称取金属针0.1g溶解于稀硝酸中并用水稀释至11的容量瓶中,即为含铅0.1mg·m1-1标准溶液,再将此溶液稀释至20倍为含铅0.005mg*m1-1的标准溶液。借此浊用。5分析步骤
准确称取经110℃烘于后的试样1g,置于高压地埚内衬中,以水润湿,加入氢氟酸6ml,1:1硝酸2ml,轻轻摇匀,并将内衬盖好,放人不锈钢套中,旋紧盖子,置于恒温干燥箱中于145℃恒温溶解2h,冷却至室温后打开盖子,轻轻顶出内衬,散口置于120℃电热板上蒸发至干,加1:1盐酸2ml,溶解残渣转移至带有25ml刻度的50ml比色管中,用1:1氢氧化铵中和至中性,加醋酸1ml,加水约10ml,加新配制的饱和硫化氢水溶液10ml,稀释至25ml,摇匀放置10min溶液呈暗色与标准比较。同时,以同样条件作试剂空白,并配制标准色阶与试样溶液进行比较。6计算
