This standard applies to pressure gear transmission mechanism (hereinafter referred to as movement) used in general pressure gauges and similar pressure gauges. This standard applies to movement made of metal materials. This standard does not apply to movement used in precision metal gauges. 2 Cited standards

The gear of the movement should be smooth and flexible when it is transmitting, and there should be no jumping and stopping. 3.3 The axial clearance of the shaft gear and the fan gear parts should be within 0.1 (mm-0.25mm. 3.4 Radial clearance
The radial clearance of the shaft gear and the fan gear parts and the lower plate should be within D.01~0.155. 3.5 Flatness
The surface tolerance of the movement installation surface should not exceed B/T 3.6 When the movement is horizontally placed, the hairspring should be in a horizontal position, and the spacing between the hairspring circles should be uniform. The hairspring should be firmly connected to the support. 3.7 The radial runout tolerance of the end of the gear of the radial moving axis should not be greater than .15 mm. 3.8 The surface of the movement should be clean and free of stains, obvious burrs or defects. 3.9 When the gear of the movement is subjected to a rotation angle of 14°*=1D° and a frequency of 5)/min, a wear test of 200,000 cycles is carried out. 4.1 Shaft gear rotation angle inspection
When the gear of the core is meshing transmission, after ensuring the transmission of the gear or 360, check the number of teeth on the sector gear that are meshing. 4.2 Transmission semi-stability test
Connect the core with its matching spring (Appendix A for testing), install the corresponding pointer, and simulate the work of the positive force gauge. Slowly increase the load to the limit of the measurement, and then reduce the load to the lower limit of the measurement. The time of each increase or decrease should not be less than 30. It must be carried out twice to observe whether the pointer has jumping or stagnation.
4.3 Axial space inspection
Inspect the white gauge.
4.4 Free from the source of the standard
Place the movement horizontally on the special equipment, and install a 5-diaphragm indicator on both sides of the movement respectively. The measuring rod drawing lines of the dial indicator should coincide with each other, and be perpendicular and intersecting with the axis center line of the measured gear shaft (or fan gear shaft). The measuring point is on the side shaft close to the inner side of the plate.
During the test, the measuring head of the middle dial indicator is pre-adjusted 3mm-4 on one side of the shaft, and the pointer of the dial indicator is adjusted to a certain reverse line of the effective number on the mark as the reference point. Repeat 2 to 3 times, and then gently place the measuring head of the B dial indicator on the other side of the shaft to ensure that the reference point of the A dial indicator does not change. Then adjust the pointer of the dial indicator to a certain scale line marked with numbers as the reference point, and repeat 3 steps 3 times to make the indicated value <1> ...
4.9 Resistance test
Install the movement on the special test equipment: assemble the corresponding pointer, and conduct the test according to the provisions of 3.9. After the test, conduct the inspection according to the provisions of 4.2-4.4.
4.10 Transportation and environmental resistance test
Conduct the test according to the requirements specified in B/T9325 and 3.1U of this standard. After the test, conduct the inspection according to 4.6 and 4.7 of this standard. 5 Inspection rules

According to the provisions of GB/T2828, the number of unqualified products per unit product is selected, and the qualified quality level AOL is determined by the manufacturer or the user. 6 Marking, packaging and purchase and storage
