4.1 The milling cutter blade shall be welded firmly and shall not have cracks, blunt edges or shear edges. The milling cutter surface shall not have defects such as scratches and rust that affect the performance.
4.2 The main surface roughness of the cutter shall be as follows: a) Front and back of the blade: R, 3.2μm; b) Outer surface of the handle: R. 0.8μm.
