4.1 The size tolerance of bubble cap shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 3 and Figure 4. For the bubble cap of Figure 3, the tolerance of the last punched gap pitch f is ±1mm. 3

For the bubble cap of Figure 4, the pitch tolerance of the last punched tooth gap is ±15mm. f±0.5
After the tooth gap of the bubble cap of Figure 3 is punched, if there is a crack in the lower part of the tooth gap, it must be repaired and smoothed. 4.3 There are no defects such as cracks and grooves on the surface of the expanded part of the riser. 4.4 After the bubble cap is installed, the distance e between the outer diameter of the bubble cap and the outer diameter of the riser should be equal, and the difference between the maximum and minimum dimensions shall not exceed 3mm. 5 Marking example
