3 General requirements
JB/T8044-1999
3.1 The materials used for manufacturing parts and components shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding national standards or industry standards. Other materials with mechanical properties not lower than the specified grades are allowed to be used for manufacturing.
3.2 Castings are not allowed to have cracks, pores, sand holes, shrinkage, slag inclusions, gates, risers, flash, rough surfaces should be flattened, and scars and sand should be removed.
3.3 Forgings are not allowed to have defects such as cracks, wrinkles, flash, burrs, etc. 3.4 Castings or forgings should be aged or annealed and normalized before machining. 3.5 The machined surface of parts should not have rust or mechanical damage. 3.6 After heat treatment, the parts should be free of oxide scale, dirt and oil, and no defects such as cracks or crazing are allowed. 3.7 The internal and external threads of parts shall not be carburized. 3.8 The dimensions of the machined surface without tolerance shall comply with the provisions of m grade in GB/T1804. 3.9 The machined surface without shape and position tolerance shall comply with the provisions of H grade in GB/T1184. 3.10 Parts adsorbed by magnetic chucks shall be demagnetized. 3.11 The center hole of the parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T145. 2. The weld of the parts shall not have defects such as unfilled arc pits, pores, slag inclusions, burns of the base material, etc. After welding, the parts shall be retreated or normalized. 3.12
3.13 Parts made of cold-drawn square steel (according to GB/T906), hexagonal steel (according to GB/T907) or round steel (according to GB/T905) do not need to be processed if their external dimensions meet the requirements. 3.14 The machining allowance and dimensional deviation of castings and forgings shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding standards of each industry. In general, the sharp edges of parts should be blunt. 3.15
3.16 The knurling of parts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6403.3. 3.17 The grinding wheel overtravel groove shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6403.5. The basic dimensions of ordinary threads shall comply with the provisions of GB/T196, and their tolerances and fits shall comply with the medium precision specified in GB/T197. 3.18
The free tolerance of non-matching taper and angle shall comply with the provisions of Class C in GB/T11335. The thread accuracy not specified on the drawing is generally selected as 6H/6g accuracy grade. The roughness not specified is R,3.2. The through hole and countersunk seat dimensions of the thread shall comply with the provisions of GB/T152.2~152.4. The finishing and chamfering of ordinary threads shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3. The technical requirements of screws shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3098.3. The ends of screws shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2.
The technical requirements of nuts shall comply with the provisions of GB/T3098.2. 3.25
The tooth form and basic dimensions of trapezoidal threads shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5796.3, and their tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5796.4. 3.26
The parallelism of the generatrix of the working surface of the eccentric wheel to the center line of the matching hole shall not exceed 0.1mm over a length of 100mm. The coaxiality of the outer seat of the ring to the inner hole shall not exceed the provisions of the following table. 3.28

4.1 All parts should be cleaned during assembly, and no iron filings or other debris should remain. Moving and rotating parts should be lubricated. 4.2 Fixed connection parts shall not be loose or fall off; various moving parts in movable connection parts shall move flexibly and smoothly without obstruction.
5 Acceptance rules
5.1 Products shall be inspected by the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of the corresponding standards. 5.2 The acceptance of products can be carried out by random inspection in accordance with the acceptance rules specified in GB/T90. 6 Packaging and marking
6.1 The packaging of products shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384. 6.2 The type and specification of products shall be clearly marked according to the marking examples. 255
