The stop valve body and valve body are subjected to strength hydraulic test together. Test pressure Ps=1.5P, maintain pressure for 10min, there should be no leakage. After the stop valve is assembled, a hydraulic sealing test shall be carried out. Test pressure P, =1.25Pn, when the stop valve is closed and opened, pressurize under the valve disc, the pressure duration is not less than 10min, there should be no leakage. 3.4.6 Air pressure sealing test. Test pressure P.=PN, when the stop valve is closed and opened, pressurize under the valve plate, the pressure duration is not less than 10min, there should be no leakage.
3.5 Appearance
The outer surface of the stop valve should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as dents and burrs are allowed. 4 Quality Assurance Provisions
4.1 Inspection Responsibility
CB 592-96
The stop valve shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer, and the stop valve submitted for acceptance must comply with the requirements of the construction drawings and Chapter 3 and Chapter 5 of this standard.
4.2 Inspection Method
4.2.1 The stop valve shall be subjected to hydraulic strength test according to the requirements of B600, and the results shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.4. 4.2.2
The stop valve shall be tested for hydraulic and pneumatic sealing in accordance with GB600, and the results shall comply with the requirements of 3.4.5 and 3.4.6. 5 Delivery preparation
Before packaging, the stop valve flange sealing surface shall be covered with a cover plate, and the thread shall be covered with a sleeve. 5.2 Packing
The stop valve shall be packed before leaving the factory. There shall be a packing list in the box, and the following contents shall be indicated on the packing list: Product name, standard number:
Nominal pressure. Nominal diameter:
Quantity per box
d. Product certificate number.
5.3 Storage
The stop valve shall be placed in a dry room, and it is not allowed to store it in the open air or stack the product. 5.4 Marking
The marking of the stop valve shall comply with the requirements of GB3032, and shall have the standard number, inspection stamp and manufacturing mark. Additional notes:
