JB/T3776-1997
This standard is a revision of JB3776-84 "Umbrella Drilling Rig". The main differences between this standard and JB3776-84 are: In terms of specifications, the FJD4 type four-arm umbrella drilling rig is added to be suitable for digging medium and small wells. - The wellbore diameter applicable to each specification of umbrella drilling rig is expanded to improve the adaptability of the product - The functional requirements for drilling water holes, grouting holes and drainage holes are added to prevent well flooding accidents during the well drilling process. - The gas consumption and water pressure parameter values are clearly proposed to facilitate the use of the product on site. 1. The cumulative drilling depth before the first overhaul is changed from a unified index to classification according to different specifications. This standard shall be implemented from October 1, 1997, and replace JB3776-84. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The responsible drafting unit of this standard: Shandong Mining Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard: Shi Peirong, Kong Dechang, Yang Xianli, Huang Liping, Guo Ming. 1 Scope
