5860-91
This standard specifies the rated parameters of relays and relay protection devices such as input excitation quantity, auxiliary excitation quantity and frequency. This standard applies to the rated parameters applied externally to relays and relay protection devices for secondary circuits of power systems. This standard does not apply to other parameters specified internally by relays and relay protection devices due to circuit requirements. Reference standards

Rated parameters
Parameters specified for relays and relay protection devices under given working conditions. Input excitation disk
Rated voltage
The rated values of AC voltage (effective value) are: 12, 24, 36, 100/√3, 100, 110, 220, 380V, and the rated values of DC voltage are: 5, 6, 12, 15, 24, 36, 48, 110, 220V. Rated current
The rated values of AC current (effective value) are: 0.5, 1, 2, 5A and these values multiplied by 10\; the rated values of DC current are: 0.15, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8A and these values multiplied by 10\. Note: n is an integer.
Working range
When the rated voltage is 100V and above, the working range of input excitation is: AC voltage is 85% to 110% of the rated (effective) value; DC voltage is 80% to 110% of the rated (average) value. When the rated voltage is 60V or less, the working range of input excitation is: AC voltage is 90%-110% of the rated (effective) value; DC voltage is 85%-110% of the rated (average) value. b.
Note: The rated parameters of input excitation other than those in Articles 4.1 to 4.3 shall be specified in the product standard. 5

The rated values of AC voltage (effective value) are: 24, 48, 100, 110, 220, 380V; the rated values of DC voltage are: 12, 24, 48, 60, 110, 125, 220, 250V. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on October 24, 1991 and implemented on October 1, 1992

The rated current value is not recommended at the moment.
5.3 Working range
The working range of auxiliary excitation voltage is:

The rated value of frequency is 50, 60Hz.
