Some standard content:
National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Plain bearings
Hardness testing method for bearing metals-Compound materials
This standard adopts ISO4384/1-1982 "Plain bearings-Hardness testing of bearing metals-Compound materials". This standard specifies the method for testing the hardness of multi-layer plain bearing anti-friction alloys. 2 Reference standards
GB5030
3 Test piece
Metal Brinell hardness test method
Metal small load Vickers hardness test method
JB/T7925.2-1995
GB10453-89
-Part 1: Composite materials". The test surface of the test piece should have a metallic luster and be able to conveniently measure the pressure decay. During the preparation of the specimen, avoid the influence of overheating on the surface hardness of the specimen.
When polishing the test surface of the specimen, use metallographic sandpaper with a grain size of 240 for lead-based and tin-based alloys with a surface roughness value of R≤6.3um; use metallographic sandpaper with a grain size of 320 for copper-based and aluminum-based alloys with a surface roughness value of R≤3.2um. Test conditions
4.1 The test conditions shall comply with the provisions of the following table. Multilayer materials
Steel and lead alloy
Steel and tin alloy
Steel and copper-lead-tin alloy
Steel and aluminium alloy
Thickness of anti-friction alloy layer
Any thickness
Test conditions
Small load summer test 1\
HV1/10
HB5/25/180
HB10/100/180
HB10/155/180
Small load hardness test\
HB1/5/30
HB2.5/31.25/30
HB1/30/10bzxZ.net
Note: 1) There are no specific provisions for the test conditions when the thickness of the anti-friction alloy layer is less than or equal to 0.2mm. 4.2 Example of test conditions
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on February 10, 1989 Ambient temperature
Implemented on January 1, 1990
GB10453-89
For example: HV0.5/10 indicates a Vickers hardness test with a test load of 4.9N and a load action time of 10s. HB5/25/180 indicates a Brinell hardness test with a steel ball diameter of 5mm, a test load of 245N and a load action time of 180s. HB can also be divided into:
HBS indicates that the indenter is a steel ball;
HBW indicates that the indenter is a cemented carbide ball.
Test method
Brinell hardness test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB231. Vickers hardness test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5030. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Mechanical Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. This standard was drafted by the Mechanical Standardization Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry and Changchun Automobile Research Institute.
