Summary:
This standard specifies the static load test method for the top of a bus. It is used to check the rigidity and strength of the body structure when the top of the bus is subjected to a uniform static load. This standard is applicable to all types of buses. Other vehicles can also refer to it. GB/T 11381-1989 Static load test method for the top of a bus GB/T11381-1989 Standard download decompression password: www.bzxz.net

This standard specifies the static load test method for bus parts. It is used to check whether the bus parts can withstand uniform static load. This standard is not applicable to all types of buses. Other types of buses can be used accordingly. 2.1 Load deformation
The value of the difference between the size of the measuring point before loading and the size of the same measuring point after loading. 2.2 Unloading deformation
The value of the difference between the size of the measuring point before loading and the size of the same measuring point after unloading. 1 Test equipment and apparatus
8.1 The weight
The outer surface of the load is in line with the side of the roof, and the height is not less than 1.1m. 3.2 Loading objects
Sandbags or gravel, each bag is 25kg,
3.3 Apparatus
Length and width of the equipment (allowable error < 0.5), verticality (allowable error 0.5), load plate, support channel, triangle, etc.
Test conditions
The test vehicle is a semi-finished product with the body of the vehicle completed. Vehicles with skeleton structure are not allowed to be covered with skin. 4.1
4.2 The placement of appropriate weight fixing couplings, load-bearing thin plates and auxiliary loads shall not increase the rigidity and strength of the vehicle body structure: 4.3 The test site shall be solid and flat.
4. The test vehicle shall be stable after loading.
*.5 Before the test, the weight, weight fixing coupling and load-bearing thin plates shall be calibrated. The loading capacity shall be the maximum total amount specified by the test vehicle manufacturer, but the maximum value shall not exceed 1000m)k. For articulated vehicles, the product list shall be tested separately.
5 Test method
5.1 The test vehicle shall be parked at the test site 1 and supported by a support frame to ensure stability. 5.2 Position of measuring points
5.2.1 Test vehicle with framebZxz.net
5.2.1.1 Height position: The height from the lower edge of each cover to the upper edge of the corresponding bottom depth on the longitudinally symmetrical plane of the vehicle. 5.2.1.2 Width position: The corresponding upper part of the two side walls inside the vehicle (from the floor to four-fifths of each side end) of the corresponding body model National Technical Supervision Bureau 148]-07-0 approved

5.2.2.1 Height notice, in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the height of the vehicle must be from the floor at every 1㎡ in the direction of the vehicle length. 5.2.2.2 Standard setting:
In the direction of the vehicle length, every 1㎡, both sides of the vehicle are moved to the corresponding body width at the fifth of the vehicle (do not use the measurement, auxiliary devices are allowed to be used).
5.2.3 The line of the windshield and rear window (for the test vehicle with a small windshield, the line of the right windshield can be measured separately).
5.2.4 Each measuring point should be marked and numbered. 5.a Measure before loading
Before the vehicle is loaded, use a length instrument to measure the position and size of each auxiliary point according to Article 5.2. 5.4 Loading plate
Place the load plate on the roof pin, place the heavy fixed frame symmetrically on the page, and add 30%, %, and % of the total test load in four times on the weight fixed inside the car (the load plate and the heavy object are recorded in the rear plate for evidence). 5m after each loading, use a length instrument to measure 5.2 Measure the position and size of each measuring point. , .5 part load
After loading or 0.5 part load, test load 20%, 40%, 70%, 10% of the total mass evenly and symmetrically on the weight. After each test, use the measuring instrument to measure the position and size of each measuring point according to 5.2. 6 Test data processing and result expression
