The responsible drafting units of this standard are: Luerbin Welding Research Institute, Shenyang Electric Machinery Factory. The main drafters of this standard are: Xie Deyi, Lin Paishan, Zheng Chachang. This standard was first issued in April 1990 as ZBJ33002-1990, and was revised to JB8833-1999 in April 1999.
