4 Test method
4.1 Comparison of color
Approximately ~ slightly
According to the provisions of GB/T1864. The sample size is 0.5g. The amount of refined linseed oil added for the first time is 1mL, and 0. 8 mL is added after grinding for 200 turns, and then grind for 25 turns.
4.2 Determination of relative tinting strength
According to the provisions of GB/T5211.19. The grinding concentration of the dispersion is 0.5g pigment and 1.5g paint base, the grinding revolution of the dispersion is 200 revolutions, the grinding ratio is 1:20, that is, 0.24g of color pigment paste and 3.0g of self-pigment paste. 4.3 Determination of volatile matter at 105℃ is carried out according to the provisions of GB8/T5211.3. The sample size is 5g. 4.4 Determination of water-soluble matter is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T5211.1. The sample size is 2.5. 4.5 Determination of absorption is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T5211.15. The sample size is 0.2g. 4.6 Determination of sieve residue is carried out according to the provisions of GB/T1715 Method B. 4.7 Determination of water resistance

Perform according to the provisions of GB/T1710. The light resistance test is carried out using the light fastness machine method. 4.13 Determination of heat resistance
Perform according to the provisions of GB/T1711. The preparation of pigment dispersion shall be carried out according to the method specified in GB1710. 5 Inspection, marking, packaging, transportation and storage 5.1 Inspection rules
Perform according to the provisions of Chapter 3 of HG/T2457. All technical requirements listed in this standard are type inspection items, among which color, relative tinting strength, 105C volatile matter, water-soluble matter, oil absorption and sieve residue are export inspection items. Under normal production conditions, at least one type inspection shall be carried out every year.

5.3 Packaging
Perform according to the provisions of Chapter 5 of HG/T2457. Products can be used in iron barrels, wooden barrels, cardboard barrels or fiberboard barrels lined with plastic film bags according to needs.

4 Test method
4.1 Comparison of color
