3 Requirements
3.1 Sensory requirements

4.1 Inspection of sensory indicators
Perform according to NY/T423.
4.2 Inspection of hygienic indicators
4.2.1 Carbendazim
Perform according to GB/T5009.38.
4.2.2 Cypermethrin
It shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB14875.
4.2.3 Chlorpyrifos
It shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17331.

4. 2. 4 Cypermethrin (triaminocypermethrin), cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of GB/T17332.

5 Inspection rules
5.1 Inspection classification
5.1.1 Type inspection
Standard/(mg/kg)
Type inspection is a comprehensive assessment of the product, that is, an inspection of all the requirements specified in this standard. Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following circumstances:
The difference between the results of the two sampling inspections before and after is large; a)
The production environment has changed significantly due to human or natural factors; b)
The national quality supervision agency or competent department has put forward type inspection requirements. c)
5.1.2 Delivery inspection
Before each batch of products is delivered, the production unit shall conduct a delivery inspection. The delivery inspection content includes packaging, marking, and sensory requirements. Only products that pass the inspection and are accompanied by a certificate of conformity can be delivered.
5.2 Inspection batches
NY5100--2002
Pears from the same production base, the same variety, the same maturity, the same batch of harvest, and the same packaging date are considered as one inspection batch. 5.3 Sampling method
According to the provisions of GB/T8855. One inspection batch is considered as one sampling batch. The samples taken must be representative and should be randomly selected from different parts of the whole batch of goods. The inspection results of the samples are applicable to the whole inspection batch. 5.4 Judgment rules
5.4.1 When sampling and inspecting each batch of inspected samples, records shall be made for defective samples. The percentage of unqualified shall be calculated based on the number of defective fruits. The average unqualified rate of each batch of inspected samples shall not exceed 5%. 5.4.2 If one item of the hygiene index is unqualified, the batch of samples shall be judged as unqualified. 6 Marking
The sales and transportation packaging shall indicate the product name, variety name, quantity, origin, packaging date, production unit, and implementation standard code. 7 Packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Packaging
The packaging container shall be made of corrugated paper boxes or calcium plastic paper boxes with good air permeability. The packaging materials must be new, clean, odorless, and will not cause damage or pollution to the fruits. The difference in the horizontal diameter of the fruits in the same package shall not exceed 5mm for layered pears and 10mm for pears packaged in other ways. The size, color and other aspects of the surface pears of each package shall represent the quality of the entire package. 7.2 Transportation
7.2.1 The means of transportation must be clean and hygienic, odorless, and not mixed with toxic and hazardous substances. 7.2.2 Handle with care during loading and unloading.
7.2.3 When waiting for transportation, the batches must be clear, the stacking must be neat, the environment must be clean and well ventilated. It is strictly forbidden to expose to the sun or rain. Pay attention to anti-freeze and heat protection to shorten the waiting time.
7.3 Storage
7.3.1 The refrigeration of products shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SB/T10060. 7.3.2 The warehouse must be free of odor. Products shall not be stored together with toxic or hazardous substances. Preservative agents and materials that may damage product quality shall not be used in the products.
