Reaction sintered silicon carbide
The chemical composition of various types of sealing rings shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. The main mechanical properties of various sealing rings shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Pressureless sintered silicon carbide
Hot pressed silicon carbide
The sealing ring is not allowed to have defects such as cracks and impurities that affect the performance, and the sealing end face of the sealing ring is not allowed to have scratches. The flatness tolerance of the sealing end face of the sealing ring is 0.0009mm, and its surface roughness parameter R. The value is 0.2uμm. Table 2

Chemical composition determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3045. Bulk density and apparent porosity determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB2997. Bending strength determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB6569. Hardness determination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB230.
Flatness is measured by the interferometry method of level I plane flat crystal and monochromatic light source. The surface roughness is measured by a roughness measuring instrument or checked by the sample comparison method. Surface defects are checked by the visual method.
Inspection rules
3.10~3.17
The sealing ring is inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer for hardness, dimensional tolerance, form and position tolerance, appearance quality, etc., and can only be shipped after the technical requirements are met.
The product is sampled and inspected according to the normal inspection and sampling plan specified in GB2828, with a special inspection level of S-4 and an AQL of 4.0. It can only be shipped after the inspection is qualified.
When the process or raw materials are changed, the measurement should be carried out according to all the contents of the technical requirements. 7
Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
The non-working surface of the sealing ring should be marked with the manufacturer's trademark or code. The packaging of the sealing ring should ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation and storage. 7.2
7.3 Products should be packed in wooden boxes or cartons before leaving the factory. The outside of the boxes should have the words "Handle with care" and "Prevent moisture". There should be a packing list inside the box, which should indicate:

d. Quantity and weight;
e. Standard number:
f. Date of shipment.
Products should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity before leaving the factory.
