The content of type inspection includes all the contents of the above factory inspection and the following inspection items. 5.2.1 Maximum tension test
5.2.1.1 When the engine is at rated speed, the gearbox is in low gear, and the maximum tension test of the fast rope is carried out to check whether it meets the requirements of Table 1 in Chapter 3.
During the test, the following items should be checked to see whether they meet the requirements of Chapter 4: a.
Brake system
b. Control system,
Transmission system. www.bzxz.net
5.2.2 High speed test
When the engine is at rated speed, the gearbox is in high gear, and the maximum speed test of the fast rope is carried out under the corresponding designed fast rope tension to test whether it meets the requirements of Table 1 in Chapter 3.
: 5.3 Industrial test
New products must be subjected to industrial field tests according to the maximum tension of the fast rope and relevant operation contents specified in Table 1 in Chapter 3. The test should be no less than 5 times, and records should be kept.
