3 Product classification
3.1 Pin paper is a mechanically calendered black flat paper. 4 Technical requirements and test methods

4.2 Paper size
The size of the paper is 787mm×1092mm, or as required by the order contract. The size deviation shall not exceed 3mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 3mm. The test method shall be in accordance with GB/T451.1. 4.3 Appearance quality
The fiber structure of paper shall be uniform, the paper surface shall be flat, there shall be no warping or severe curling, and there shall be no folds, seersucker, wrinkles, hard blocks, holes, cracks and other paper defects that affect the use. The paper shall not have obvious blackening and fuzzing. There shall be no obvious difference in the color tone of the paper, and the blackness of the paper shall be based on the provisions of the supply and demand parties. The cut edges of the paper shall be neat and clean. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Products can only be shipped after passing the inspection, and the product quality certificate shall be attached. 5.2 The purchaser has the right to accept according to the inspection items specified in this standard. If there is any objection to the product quality, the supplier should be notified within three months after arrival (or as stipulated in the contract) to jointly take samples for re-inspection, or jointly entrust the monitoring department to conduct re-inspection. If the re-inspection results do not meet the requirements of this standard, they should be judged as batches of unqualified products and the supplier shall be responsible for handling them. 5.3 The quantity of each delivery is a batch, and each batch shall not exceed 30t. 5.4 The unit of product delivery inspection is piece.
The sampling inspection of delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828. 5.5
The sampling of samples from sample units and the handling of samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.6
The items, sequence and inspection level, sampling plan and acceptable quality level (AQL) of delivery inspection shall be as specified in Table 2. 5.7

6.1 Packing and marking shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T10342, or in accordance with the provisions of the order contract. 6.2 During transportation, a canopied and clean transport vehicle shall be used, and paper shall not be impacted during loading and unloading. 6.3 Paper shall be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow and ground moisture.
