This standard specifies the test specimens, test instruments and equipment, and test methods used in determining the weight gain rate and pore filling rate of impregnated graphite. This standard applies to the determination of the weight gain rate and pore filling rate of impregnated graphite. 2 Reference standards
GB/T13465.1 General test methods for mechanical properties of impermeable graphite materials YB908 Determination of bulk density and apparent porosity of carbon materials 3 Test specimens
3.1 The sampling method of the test specimens shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 in GB/T13465.1. 3.2 Test specimen size: @ (45±0.12mm) × (45±0.12mm) 3.3 Number of test specimens: not less than 5 pieces.
3.4 The surface roughness of the test specimens shall reach Ra≤3.2μm. 4 Test instruments and equipment
4.1 Industrial balance: 0~200g, sensitivity 0.01g. 4.2 Electric oven: 0~150℃.
4.3 Dryer.
5 Test steps
5.1 The sample is marked with advertising pigment or paint. 5.2 Place the sample in an electric oven and bake at 105-110°C for 2 hours. Take out the sample and place it in a dryer, cool it to room temperature, 5.3 Weigh it with an industrial balance, accurate to 0.01g. 5.4 The sample is impregnated and heat-treated twice according to the process conditions. The sample must be wiped clean of the resin on its surface after each impregnation, and cool it to room temperature after the second heat treatment.
5.5 Weigh it with an industrial balance, accurate to 0.01g. 5.6 The apparent porosity is determined according to YB908. 6 Result processingwww.bzxz.net
The weight gain rate of impregnated graphite is calculated according to formula (1):61
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 6, 1991 and implemented on January 1, 1992

6.2 The porosity of impregnated graphite is calculated according to formula (2):HG/T2060-

6.3 The test results are rounded to three significant figures and the arithmetic mean is calculated. 7 Test report
The test report shall include the following contents:
Test name, number, sample delivery unit and sample delivery date: b.
Instrument and equipment name and model;
Sample size and quantity;
Test results: valid test data and conclusion of the sample; test date and test personnel.
