6 Marking, packaging, storage
The rotor must be cleaned and treated with rust prevention before packaging, and then wrapped with strong and impermeable neutral paper or plastic film and packed into the packaging box.
Each packaging box should be accompanied by a product certificate signed and stamped by the technical inspector of the quality inspection department of the manufacturer. 6.2
6.3The outside of the packaging box should be marked with:
Manufacturer name, registered trademark and address:
Product name, model and quantity:
Packing date.
6.4The boxed rotor must also be packed in a dry packaging box with moisture-proof measures, and ensure that it will not be damaged during normal transportation. The total weight of each box shall not exceed 20kg. Special packaging must be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer. 6.5 The outside of the packaging box should be marked with:
Manufacturer name and address;
Product name, model and quantity;
Gross weight, kg;
Delivery location, name of receiving station;
Name and address of receiving unit;
Packaging box dimensions (length × width × height), cm; "Handle with care", "Moisture-proof", etc.; Packing date.
The packaged rotor should be stored in a ventilated, dry warehouse free of corrosive substances. Under normal storage conditions, the manufacturer should ensure that the rotor will not rust within 6 months from the date of leaving the factory. Additional remarks:
