Put a ruler horizontally on the profile plane, as shown in Figure 1, and the gap between the profile plane and the ruler shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. If the grade is not indicated, 6061 alloy shall be implemented as general precision grade, and 6063 and 6063A alloys shall be implemented as high precision grade. Table 6

Note 2: Not applicable to profile planes including openings. If it is required to combine the two sides of the opening as a complete plane, it should be indicated in the drawing.
5.4.4 Profile curved surface gap
Place the standard sample closely on the curved surface of the profile, as shown in Figure 2. The maximum allowable gap between the profile curved surface and the standard sample is no more than 0.13mm for every 25mm chord length, and the part less than 25mm is calculated as 25mm. When the center angle of the arc part of the cross section is greater than 90°, it should be determined by the chord length of the 90° center angle plus the chord length of the rest of the center angle. Profiles that require inspection of curved surface clearance should be indicated in the drawings or contracts. The standard sample for inspecting curved surface clearance shall be provided by the purchaser. Plane Same Alcohol

5.4.5 Curvature of Profiles
The curvature of the profile is the maximum gap (h.) between the bottom of the profile and the platform measured along the length direction of the profile when the profile is placed on the platform and the bending is stabilized by its own weight, or the maximum value (h,) of the gap measured by using a 300mm long ruler against the surface of the profile along the length direction of the profile, as shown in Figure 3. In the figure, L is the fixed length. The curvature of the profile shall comply with the provisions of Table 7. The accuracy level of curvature shall be indicated in the contract. If not indicated, 6060T5 and 6063AT5 profiles shall be implemented as high-precision grades. The rest shall be implemented as general precision grades. 5

The measurement method of twist degree is: put the profile on the platform, when it reaches stability by its own weight, measure the maximum distance N between the bottom surface of the profile and the platform along the length direction of the profile,As shown in Figure 4. The degree of twist is obtained by deducting the bending value at this point from the N value. The degree of twist is divided into grades according to the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the profile, and is expressed in the number of millimeters of twist allowed per millimeter of width of the profile. Profiles with a nominal length of less than or equal to 6m shall comply with the provisions of Table 8. When it is greater than 6m, the two parties shall negotiate. The degree of twist accuracy must be indicated in the contract. If not specified, 6060T5 and 6063AT5 profiles shall be implemented as high-precision grades, and the rest shall be implemented as general precision grades. Figure 4

Example: For profiles requiring high-precision twist, the circumscribed circle diameter is 120mm and the width is 81mm. The N value measured on a length of 1m is 2mm, and the bending value is 1mm. The twist value is 1mm, and the twist value per millimeter width of the profile is 1/81=0.0123. Looking up Table 8, the allowable twist value is 0.017, that is, the actual twist degree is less than the allowable twist degree, which is qualified. 5.4.7 Allowable deviation of fillet radius
The fillet of the profile is shown in Figure 5. If the purchaser requires a deviation, it shall be noted in the drawing. The allowable deviation shall refer to the provisions of Table 9. Table 9

Appendix A
(Normative Appendix)
Instructions for use of the table of allowable deviations of cross-sectional dimensionsA.1 The division of columns 2 to 9 in the table is shown in Figure A.1. 4 columns
4 columns~9 rotten
A.2 When a dimension is composed of two or more sub-dimensions, the allowable deviation of the dimension is the sum of the allowable deviations of the sub-dimensions. A.3 Figure A.In Figure A.2, X is the dimension including space. When the solid metal part of the dimension is not less than 75%, the allowable deviation is in column 2. When the solid metal part of the dimension is less than 75%, the allowable deviation is in column 4. In Figure A.2, Y is the solid metal dimension, and its allowable deviation is in column 2. The width B and height H of the hollow profile shown in Figure A.3 should be determined by the following method: the allowable deviation of the width B dimension is in column 4 relative to the height H; conversely, the allowable deviation of the height H dimension is in column 4 relative to the width B. However, when these values are less than the corresponding values in column 2, column 2 is used. For example: the width B of 6063 high-precision hollow profile is 60mm and the height H is 30mm. The allowable deviation of the width (B is 60mm) is the corresponding data of the height (H is 30mm) in column 4 of Table 3, which is ±0.53mm. However, since the corresponding value of the width B itself in column 2 is ±0.61mm, the allowable deviation of the width B is determined to be ±0.61mm. Similarly, the permissible deviation of height H is ±0.86mm, which is the value corresponding to width B in column 4 of Table 3. The value corresponding to height H in column 2 of Table 3 is ±0.30mm. Therefore, the permissible deviation of height H is determined to be ±0.86mm. Figure A.2
A.4 For hollow profiles, when the enclosed hollow area is less than 70mm2, the permissible deviation of wall thickness is in column 2, and when the enclosed hollow area is not less than 70mm2, the permissible deviation of wall thickness is in column 3. If the wall thicknesses on both sides are not equal, the average value of the wall thicknesses on both sides shall be used as the specified dimension in column 1, and the value in column 2 or column 3 shall be taken as the permissible deviation of the wall thicknesses on both sides. A.5 For the profiles shown in Figures A.4 and A5, even if the metal solid part dimension Y is not less than 75% of X, the permissible deviation of X or Z shall not be in column 2, but shall be determined according to columns 4 to 9 based on the L dimension. A.6 For the profiles shown in Figures A.6 to A.12, the allowable deviation of the size of the opening part A is determined by columns 4 to 9 corresponding to the L dimension. Dimension A is not suitable as a reference dimension.
