Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements, etc. of sight glasses for glass equipment. HG/T 2144-91
This standard is applicable to sight glasses for glass equipment with nominal pressure PN0.6MPa and 1.0MPa, and medium overflow higher than -20C and lower than or equal to 200t.

4.2 The allowable deviation of the chord length of two adjacent bolt (or screw) holes and the diameter of the center of the bolt hole is ±0.6mm, and the allowable deviation of the chord length of any two bolt (or screw) holes shall not exceed ±1mm4.3 After the sight glass is assembled, its water pressure test or air tightness test shall be carried out at the same time as the glass equipment where it is located4.4 The gasket shall comply with the relevant standards, and the specific materials shall comply with the technical requirements of the general drawing of the glass equipment where it is located. 5 Packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 The exposed glass surface shall be wrapped with soft objects, and the packaging shall be firmly fixed. 5.2 It must be forbidden to touch or pull during moving and transportation, and the packaging box shall not be inverted. 5.3 The product shall be accompanied by a packing list, product certificate and product instruction manual. 5.4 The product shall be stored indoors, and outdoor storage or stacking is not allowed.
