This standard is for the implementation "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Trial)" is formulated to prevent and control pollutants discharged by ships from polluting waters. This standard applies to Chinese ships and foreign Shao ships entering the water city of the People's Republic of China. Emission Regulations
The oil content of oily sewage discharged from ships (tank tanker ballast water, tank washing water and ship bilge sewage) shall be 1.1

2.1 Explanation of terms
Ship: refers to the sea. Various types of ships on inland rivers, including Shuili boats. Hovercraft, submersible, fixed or floating work platform. 2.121
2.1.2 Distance to the nearest land: refers to the distance calculated based on the territorial sea baseline as the starting point. 2.1.3 Oily sewage refers to sewage containing crude oil and various petroleum products. 2.1.4 Domestic sewage: refers to sewage containing urine and urine and the sewage discharged from the ship's medical room. 2.1.5 Floating materials: refers to floating whole cabin materials, lining materials, packaging materials, etc. 2.1.6 Other garbage: refers to paper products, rags, glass, metal, bottles, ceramics and similar waste. 2.2 When local implementation of this standard is not suitable for local environmental characteristics (such as concentrated domestic water sources, economic fishery areas, etc.), local pollutant discharge standards may be formulated in accordance with relevant national regulations. 3
