Summary:
JB/T 3233-1999 This standard is a revision of JB 3233-83 "Synthetic diamond sintered body for drilling". According to the requirements of GB/T 2828-1987 "Batch inspection counting sampling procedure and sampling table (applicable to continuous batch inspection)", the inspection and acceptance regulations have been revised. Its sampling plan and inspection level are consistent with "Triangular diamond sintered body for drilling". Other technical contents have not changed. This standard specifies the product code, shape and size, technical requirements, inspection rules and marking, and packaging of synthetic diamond sintered body for drilling. This standard is applicable to synthetic diamond sintered body synthesized by static pressure method for petroleum, metallurgy, geology, coalfield geological drill bits and reamer. This standard is a revision of JB323383 "Synthetic diamond sintered body for drilling". The original standard acceptance inspection used an empirical formula to calculate the sampling quantity. This standard is revised to be inspected and accepted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828-1987 "Batch Inspection Count Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (Applicable to Continuous Batch Inspection)", and its sampling plan and inspection level are consistent with the "Triangular Diamond Sintered Body for Drilling" standard. The other technical contents are basically consistent with JB323383, and only re-edited according to relevant regulations.
This standard replaces JB3233-83 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Abrasives and Grinding Tools. The drafting unit of this standard: Zhengzhou Abrasives and Grinding Research Institute. The main drafter of this standard: Huang Xiangfen.

After the artificial diamond sintered body is shaped, the defects caused by edge wear shall not exceed 10% of the diameter. For the unfired artificial diamond sintered body, the wear ratio shall be as specified in Table 3. Table 3

The dimensions are measured with a vernier caliper with a graduation value of 0.02mm. 6.1
The wear ratio shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of JB/T3235. 6.2

Product delivery inspection shall be carried out batch by batch in accordance with the technical requirements of this standard, and qualified products shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 2 The number of packaged particles is used as the "inspection batch" of the product, and a normal inspection sampling plan is implemented according to the provisions of GB/T2828. 7.2
