Tube Twisting Equipment
This standard specifies the type dimensions of tube twisting equipment for wires and cables. JB/T5817.3—91
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, acceptance, identification and quality assessment of tube twisting equipment for twisting conductors and cable cores of wires and cables.
This standard should be used together with JB/T5814.3 "Basic Parameters of Special Equipment for Wires and Cables Part 3 2 ModelsbZxz.net
The models of tube twisting machines are shown in Table 1.
2.2 The types of tube twisting machines are shown in Figure 1.
3 Dimensions
3.1 General dimensions
Wheel-type tubular stranding machine, GA type
Rolling bearing tubular stranding machine, GB type
Air cushion bearing tubular stranding machine, GC type
Bow-type stranding machine, B type
Bow-type cabling machine, B type
3.1.1 The dimensions of the pay-off and take-up reels shall comply with the provisions of GB4004 and GB4005. The technical requirements of the PND type shall comply with the provisions of JB/DQ8193.
The dimensions of the traction device shall comply with the provisions of GB4032. 3.1.2
3.1.3 The dimensions of the take-up device shall comply with the provisions of GB4015. 3.2 Reel rack
3.2.1G type tubular stranding machine
The type is shown in Figure 2.
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on October 17, 1991 and implemented on October 1, 1992
Dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
3.3 Cylinder
3.3.1 G-type tubular stranding machine
The type is shown in Figure 3.
Dimensions shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.
