4 Test preparation
4.1 The test environment conditions of the cooling water system automatic control device specified in this standard shall comply with the test general requirements of GB3471. 4.2 Before the test, the following items should be checked and confirmed: Make an appearance inspection of the entire cooling water system, check the integrity of each component of the system and the correctness of the layout and installation. a.
The installation position of the detection instrument of the automatic control device should meet the design requirements. b.
The power supply voltage and frequency used by the automatic control device should meet the design requirements. 5 Test method
5.1 Remote control start and stop test of cooling water pump group
The remote control start and stop test of cooling water pump group should meet the following requirements: Use the remote control start and stop button to test the start and stop effectiveness of the pump, and the pump should work normally; a.
Check the operation indicator light of the cooling water pump group installed in the control room and other places, and it should work normally. b.
Approved by China State Shipbuilding Corporation on December 23, 1996, and implemented on June 1, 1997
5.2 Automatic switching test of cooling water pump group
CB/T3777-1996
5.2.1 The automatic switching test of cooling water pump discharge pressure drop shall meet the following requirements: a.
Connect the cooling water pump group (referred to as pump No. 1) and the standby cooling water pump group (referred to as pump No. 2) to the power supply, and the power indicator light will be on b.
Check the pressure value set by the pressure switch, which shall meet the design pressure value requirements; c.
Manually start pump No. 1 After that, the operation indicator light of the pump will light up, and the discharge pressure of the pump should be normal. Then, both pumps 1 and 2 will be placed in the "automatic" position;
Adjust the pressure regulating valve or use the test device to gradually reduce the discharge pressure of the pump. When the pressure reaches the set pressure value, the pressure switch will be activated, pump 2 will start automatically, and the operation indicator light will light up; when the discharge pressure of the pump rises to the normal value, pump 1 will stop automatically, and send out an audible and visual alarm signal to stop the pump; e. When pump 2 starts automatically, check the discharge pressure of pump 1, which should be consistent with the pressure value set by the pressure switch; f. Start pump 2 and perform the automatic conversion test of pump 1 according to the above test method. 5.2.2 The power-off automatic conversion test of the cooling water pump group shall meet the following requirements: a.
