1.1 This standard depth color card includes twenty-two hues, which is 1/1 depth. 1.2 This standard depth color card is available in two forms: the original preservation copy and the issued and used copy. 1.2.1 This original format is 5×5cm and is archived for reproduction. 1.2.2 Release and use This specification is 3.5×5cm for users to use. 2 Materials for preparing color cards
2.1 Fabric: This standard depth color card uses SD2201 full wool gabardine. 2.2 Dyes: This standard depth color card uses 16 commercial dyes [see Appendix A (Supplement) for details]. 3 Quality indicators
3.1 Appearance requirements: The surface of the depth color card of this standard must be uniform, no color spots, no stains, no fabric defects and no obvious traces of adhesive seepage, and the fabric thickness should also be uniform.
3.2 The original preserved version was tested according to the spectrophotometer specified in GB3979-83 "Measurement Method of Object Color". The lighting and observation conditions were 0/d, the wavelength interval was 10nm, and the fabric texture on the surface of the color card was measured during the test. The X-axis of the hole is at an angle of 60°. The test results are shown in Appendix B (Supplement), which are the values ??of standard illuminator D65 and 10° field of view. 4 Usage methods
When using this standard depth color card, dye the sample with the color card closest to the hue in this standard depth color card, and carry out the test according to the method specified in GB250-84 "Gray Sample Card for Evaluating Discoloration" Depending on the assessment.
