- Part 3: Single material diamond epoxy adhesive insulating paper. This part is the third part of JB Hall 10442. This part is formulated for the first time.
This part is proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation. This part is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulating Materials. This part was drafted by Guilin Electric Science Research Institute, Nantong Hongan Sanmu Insulation Material Co., Ltd., Leshan Ouda Insulation Material Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Transformer Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this part are Li Bingsong, Jian Xuemei, Chen Kuan, Yang Heping, Lei Qiang, and Xiao Fuming. 1 Scope

This part of JB/T10442 specifies the product code, performance requirements, inspection rules, test methods, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of diamond epoxy adhesive insulating paper for electrical use.
This part is used for diamond epoxy adhesive insulating paper. The product is made by coating the modified epoxy resin on the insulating paper in a diamond shape and curing it into the B stage. It can be used for turn-to-turn and inter-layer insulation of transformers and mutual inductors. 2 Normative references

Divided by substrate thickness. The following specifications are recommended: 0.08mm, 0.13mm, 0.18mm, 0.20mm, 0.25mm. 4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance
Should meet the requirements of JB/10442.1.
4.2 Size
Width: Recommended to use 600mm±10mm: 800mm±15mm: 1000mm±20mm. Length: The diameter of the roll is 300mm to 360mm or as stipulated in the contract between the supplier and the buyer. Each roll shall not exceed four sections, and the length of each section shall not be less than 5m, and there shall be obvious markings at the head of the section.
Diameter of the inner core of the roll: 76mm±2mm.

Firstly cure at 90℃±5℃ for 3h, then cure at 125℃±5℃ for 6h, or according to the curing conditions specified by the supplier and the tape supplier. 6 Product batch, sampling rules and factory test items The products are produced in batches of 2 tons continuously. For each batch, three rolls are randomly selected and the full width and length are several meters. The sample is cut from one sample and the other two samples are reserved. Each batch should be tested for factory delivery. The items are appearance, number of sections and items 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14 (in air) in Table 1.
7 Test method
7.1 Appearance
Perform according to JB/T10442.2.
The outer diameter of the coil, the inner diameter of the core and the length of each section are measured with a steel ruler. Performance requirements

Packaging, marking, storage and transportation
Should comply with the requirements of JB/T10442.1
Storage period
