This standard specifies the A-weighted sound power of a rotating electrical machine when a single no-load steady-state operation Noise limits. This standard applies to various types of motors that comply with the requirements of GB755 and do not take any special noise reduction measures. Table 1 of this standard applies to AC and DC motors with a speed not exceeding 3750r/min and a power ranging from 1 to 5500kW. Table 2 and Table 3 of this standard apply to small-power asynchronous motors and single-phase series motors respectively. 2 Reference standards

3.2 The assessment of motor noise should be based on the A-weighted sound power level, but the average sound pressure level value 1m away from the motor shell is allowed to be listed in the product sample.

4.1 Motors assessed according to this standard shall be measured according to GB10069.1, and the measured results shall be used as the basis for assessment. 4.2 When the motor is measured according to GB10069.2, its limit value should be specified in the standard of the motor. Additional notes:
