1.1 In order to make all national standards gradually adopt the international system of units, according to the actual situation in my country and the needs of various industries, with reference to 15 national standards on relevant quantities and units (GB3100—82, GR3101--82, GB3102.1~3102.13—82), in accordance with GB1.1-81 "General provisions for the preparation of standards in the guidelines for standardization work", GB5116-85 "Rintgen and Coulomb per kilogram conversion tables" are specially compiled.
1.2 This standard applies to all occasions where roentgen (R) is converted into coulomb per dry gram (C/kg) and coulomb per kilogram is converted into roentgen. The conversion in this standard is limited to the conversion required in general. The converted figures in the conversion table are rounded to four significant figures. When the relative uncertainty is required to be less than 5/1000, the conversion factor given should be used for calculation and rounding. The rounding rules are in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C of GB1.1-81. However, due to the limitations of existing experimental technology, the current uncertainty level can only give 3 significant figures. The fourth significant figure given in this standard can only be used as a reference number. The higher significant figures cannot be obtained in actual measurement. 1.3 Exposure is defined as:
When all the charges (positrons and electrons) of the X or Y radiation released in the air of mass dm are blocked by the air, the absolute value dQ of the total charge of a symbol generated in the air is divided by dm. X=dQ/dm.
Note that this quantity does not include the ionization produced by the absorption of the secondary electrons emitted by the mass of air per meter. The SI unit name of irradiation is coulomb per gram, with the symbol C/kg. The non-SI unit temporarily allowed to be used in conjunction with the SI is roentgen, with the symbol. 1.4 Conversion coefficient
The International Conference of Measurement and Measurement Personnel (CGPM), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Commission on Radiation Units and Measurements (ICRU) have determined the conversion relationship between roentgen and coulomb per dry gram as follows: 1 R - 2.58 × 10 1 C/kg (accurate value) 1 C/kg = 2.58

1.5 When using the conversion table, it is permitted to multiply (or divide) both the numbers before and after the conversion by the same multiple. For example, how many C/k is equivalent to 3.95R?
First, from Table 1, we can get 395R = 1019 × 10-C/kg, and then divide both by 100 to get: 3.95R: 1.019 × 10-/kg
1.6 In the case of the irradiation base rate, the non-conversion table can also be used. In this case, Table 1 becomes a conversion table from R/s to A/kR (= C/kg·s), and Table 2 becomes a conversion table from A/kg (= (/kg·s) to R/s. 2 Conversion table
