3 Terms
The terms and definitions of this standard comply with the provisions of GB2900.1 and GB2900.25. The following terms and definitions are applicable only to this standard. 3.1 Coil winding machinewww.bzxz.net
A machine that winds the wire into a coil of a certain shape and size by rotating the coil mold. 3.2 Coil mold
A part of the wire winding machine that makes the wire circle into a certain shape and size. 3.3 Wire arrangement device
A part of the coil winding machine that makes the wires arranged tightly and orderly in the coil mold. 3.4 Wire clamping device
A part of the coil winding machine that clamps the wire in a mechanical clamping manner so that the wire generates a certain tension when winding. 4 Equipment
4.1 General requirements
The wire winding machine must meet the corresponding standards. 4.2 Equipment integrity
The coil winding machine should be a complete equipment with a rotating mechanism, coil mold, counting device, wire arrangement device, wire clamping device and brake device.
4.3 Functional requirements
The coil winding machine should have the function of braking immediately when the turn count reaches the preset value. 4.4 Coil mold
The coil mold should be made of aluminum alloy, should be tightly matched, and easy to load and unload. The maximum allowable value of its surface roughness parameter Ra is 1.6um. 5 Material preparation
5.1 Enameled wire, slot insulation material, lead wire, and wrapping material must meet the corresponding standards and be tested and inspected according to the test methods specified in the corresponding standards.
5.2 The stator core should meet the requirements of the drawings.
JB/T7085.3—1993
5.3 The slot insulation size and placement should meet the requirements of the drawings and meet the requirements of Article 26.1 of GB3883.1. 5.4 The model and wire gauge of the enameled wire should meet the requirements of the drawings. 5.5 The model and cross-section of the lead wire should meet the requirements of the drawings. 6 Winding preparation
Install the coil mold
Install the corresponding coil mold on the coil winding machine according to the coil specifications. 6.2 Check the equipment
Check whether the coil winding machine is running, the brake is normal, and the count is accurate. 6.3 Introduce the enameled wire
Introduce the enameled wire that meets the requirements of 5.1 and 5.4 into the clamping device, adjust the clamping force, and then pass it through the wire arrangement device. 6.4 Preset the count value
Preset the count value or adjust the hanging wheel according to the number of coil turns. 7 Winding
7.1 Put wax wire in the coil mold groove, introduce the enameled wire into the coil mold, wrap the wire end around the wire hook, start the motor to wind the wire, and automatically brake when the number of turns reaches the preset number.
7.2 After stopping, tie the coil tightly with wax wire and cut the wire according to the required wire end length. 7.3 Remove the coil mold, take out the coil to complete the winding work, and put the coil into the work station equipment. 7.4 Remove the paint film on the wire ends, wrap them with the lead wire core, and solder them, then put on the insulating sleeve. The lead wire length and placement direction should be in accordance with the drawing requirements.
7.5 Wrap them with wrapping materials in a folded manner. The wax wire should be removed during wrapping. 8
Quality inspection
Measure the wire girth and DC resistance.
