3. 1 Sensory requirements
The composition shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.

Fresh and clean, without any extraneous moisture. It shall have the basic characteristics of this variety
It shall have the color that this variety has when mature. If the color degree reaches that of this variety, the color area shall be more than 25%! Only the special smell of the variety is required, no abnormal smell, the total area of wounds, abrasions, etc. is not more than 2m yuan
The difference in fruit weight is not more than 5% of the mean value. ¥Y 5112-2002
