The brush holder size adopts the international unit system, and the brush holder should be marked with "口". When the brush holder is installed on the motor, the mark should be visible to the user.
Note: For motors used in China, if the user does not require it, no mark is required. 6
Numerical values and tolerances of main dimensions t, a and r of brushes and brush holders The numerical values and tolerances of main dimensions t, α and r shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The tolerance values of brush holder + dimensions in Table 1 are mainly applicable to radial brushes. In some cases (such as the forward-leaning brush holder specified in GB5841), the stability of the brushes is not determined by the fit of the brushes in the brush holder, so the maximum distance between the brushes and the brush holder is not important. mm

This appendix specifies the serrations on the fixed surface of the brush holder and the internal dimensions and plug gauge chamfer dimensions of the brush box. The serrations on the fixed surface of the brush holder
When the radial When adjusting the meshing control between the serrations on the fixed surface of the brush holder and the serrations on the brush holder bracket, the tooth profile and dimensions of the serrations shall conform to the thread profile and dimensions of the 1mm pitch specified in GB192. A2.1 Sawtooth section
The surface of the serrations is specified as shown in Figure A.
Pitch = 1.00
A2.2 Position of serrations
In order to enable several brushes fixed on the same brush holder bracket to be adjusted to the same distance from the commutator or collector ring surface, the relative position of the serrations and the bottom of the brush box shall be as specified in Figure A2. Tooth root

A3 Internal dimensions of the brush box and plug gauge chamfers
A3.1 Measurement of internal dimensions of the brush box
JB5779 —91
The internal dimensions of the brush box shall be measured using a full-length plug gauge in one of the following ways, which is sufficient to avoid the determination of the maximum allowable chamfer of the brush box. A3.1.1 Check the minimum dimension with a full-length t×α "through" gauge. Check the maximum dimensions of t and α with and a "stop" gauges respectively. The width of the t "stop" gauge shall be the basic dimension of the brush box size, and the width of the α "stop" gauge shall be the basic dimension of the brush box size t. A3.1.2 The t dimension is checked with "through" and "stop" gauges, and the plug gauge width is the minimum dimension of the brush box size α. The dimension is checked with "through" and "stop" gauges, and the plug gauge width is the minimum dimension of the brush box size t. A3.2 Measurement of the Internal Chamfer of the Brush Box
The internal chamfer of the brush box shall comply with the provisions of Table A1, and the dimensions of the internal chamfer of the brush box shall be checked with a plug gauge manufactured in accordance with Figure A-3. Table A1
