Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG / T 2376 92
This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, main dimensions and technical requirements of glass sleeve heat exchangers. This standard is applicable to glass sleeve heat exchangers with inner layer nominal pressure equal to or less than 0.25MPa, middle layer nominal pressure equal to or less than 0.25MPa, outer layer nominal pressure equal to or less than 0.25MPa, and medium temperature higher than 0℃ and lower than or equal to 200C. The heat exchanger is suitable for the heat exchange process of heating, cooling or condensing various media of organic acids, inorganic acids, organic solvents and weak bases of various concentrations except hydrofluoric acid and strong bases. 2 Reference standards

4.1 A set of simple heat exchangers shall be manufactured, inspected and accepted in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard, GB150 and ZB G94004. 4.2 The material of the flange should be determined according to the operating conditions and the medium. 4.3 The connection dimensions of the pipe ports shall comply with the standard GB2555 "General Purpose Pipe Flange Connection Dimensions" 4.4 The pipe ports 8 and b shall be equipped with blind plates.
5. Packaging, transportation and storage
shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 6 of ZBG94004.

This standard is proposed by China Chemical Equipment Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Glass Equipment. This standard is drafted by Beijing Chemical Equipment Factory. The main drafter of this standard is Song Huipan.
