Pipeline marking
HG20519.37-92
1 Overview
1.0.1 All pipelines in the pipeline and instrument flow chart must be marked with the pipeline combination number, except for the following: 1.0.1.1 Bypass pipelines for valves and pipeline accessories, such as bypass of regulating valves, bypass of pipeline filters, bypass of steam traps, opening bypass of large valves, etc. Www.bzxZ.net
1.0.1.2 The vent short pipes on the pipeline that are directly discharged into the atmosphere and the short pipes for local discharge, the inlet pipes before the safety valve that are directly discharged into the atmosphere without an outlet pipe, etc., the pipelines and short pipes together with their valves and pipe fittings are all included in the (main) pipeline where they are located. 1.0.1.3 Equipment pipe openings are directly connected to equipment pipe openings without short pipes in between (such as overlapping direct connection of heat exchanger pipes). 1.0.1.4 Valves or blind plates (flange covers) directly connected to the pipe openings of equipment; these valves and plates (flange covers) should still be counted as accessories in the comprehensive material table of pipelines. 1.0.1.5 Instrument pipelines
1.0.1.6 Pipes and pipe fittings provided by the seller (or manufacturer) in the complete equipment (unit) (the seller provides a pipeline instrument flow chart or pipeline layout diagram). Their materials should be counted in the material table. 2 Marking content
2.0.1 The pipelines in the pipeline and instrument flow chart should be marked with four parts, namely the pipeline number (pipe section number) (composed of three units), pipe diameter, pipeline grade and insulation or sound insulation, collectively referred to as the pipeline combination number. The pipeline number and pipe diameter are one group, separated by a short horizontal line; the pipeline grade and insulation are another group, separated by a short horizontal line, and an appropriate space is left between the two groups. Generally, it is marked above the pipeline, as shown in the figure below.

Pipeline number (section number)
A1A—H
The pipe opening, pipe diameter, pipe grade and thermal insulation (or sound insulation) can also be marked on the upper and lower parts of the pipe, as shown in the following figure: PG1310--300
A1A—H
2.0.1.1 Unit 1 is the material code, which shall be filled in according to the provisions of HG20519.36-92. 2.0.1.2 Unit 2 is the main item number, which shall be filled in according to the main item number specified in the project, using two digits, starting from 01, 02 and ending at 99.
2.0.1.3 Unit 3 is the pipeline sequence number, and materials of the same category shall be numbered in sequence according to the order of flow direction in the same main item. Use two digits, starting from 01, 02, and ending at 99. The above three units constitute the pipeline number (pipe section number). 2.0.1.4 The 4th unit is the pipeline size, which is generally marked with the nominal diameter in mm, with only numbers and no units. For those who use the I series outer diameter pipes in the HGJ35-90 standard, only the numbers need to be noted, such as \200"; if the 1 series outer diameter pipes (ISO pipes) in HGJ35-90 are used, \B" must be added after the numbers, such as 200B2.0.1.5 The 5th unit is the pipeline grade, see HG20519.38-92 for details. .2.0.1.6 The 6th unit is the thermal insulation or sound insulation code, see HG20519.30-92 for details. 2.0.2 For simple process flows and a small number of pipeline varieties and specifications, the 5th and 6th units in the pipeline combination number can be omitted. Unit 4 Pipeline size can be directly filled in with the outer diameter × wall thickness of the pipe, and the pipeline material code specified in the project shall be marked. 3 Notes
3.0.1 The number of pipeline numbers should be reduced as much as possible under the premise of meeting the requirements of design, construction and production, and not causing confusion and errors.
3.0.2 The pipeline combination numbers of auxiliary and public engineering system pipelines and off-site pipelines are compiled according to the above method. When the same pipeline enters different main items, the main item number and sequence number in its pipeline combination number must be changed. The boundary mark of the change should be indicated on the drawing.
3.0.3 The main item number of raw materials supplied outside the device shall be based on the main item number of the recipient. 3.0.4 If there are pipe fittings, valves and pipelines for venting and draining pipelines, the pipeline combination number shall be marked. If the venting and draining pipelines are discharged into the process system itself, the pipeline combination number shall be compiled according to the process material. 3.0.5 The pipe from one equipment outlet to another equipment outlet shall be numbered regardless of whether its specification or size changes or not. The connecting pipe between an equipment outlet and a pipe shall also be numbered: the connecting pipe between two pipes shall also be numbered.
3.0.6 When a pipe is connected to multiple parallel equipment, if this pipe appears as a main pipe, the main pipe shall be numbered, and the connecting branches from the main pipe to each equipment shall also be numbered separately: if this pipe does not appear as a main pipe and one end is directly connected to the equipment (different diameter pipes are allowed), the connecting pipe from this pipe to the farthest equipment shall be numbered, and the connecting pipes between the other equipment shall also be numbered separately. 3.0.7 When the off-boundary pipeline is used as an external pipe of the factory area or has a separate main item number, the main item number in its numbering shall be based on the main item of the off-boundary pipeline.
