Summary:

This standard specifies the method for determining the total sugar content in edible fungi products. This standard applies to the determination of total sugar in three types of edible fungi: black fungus, white fungus and fuling. This standard does not apply to the determination of total sugar content in other mushrooms with high protein content (mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, etc.).
