3.1 Reliability index
MTTF refers to the average operating time T before the fuel injection pump lubricant parts are ineffective. Formula (1) calculates MTTF:

3.2 Reliability assessment method

4 Reliability test method
4.1 Test sample
4.1.1 The filter parts selected for reliability test shall meet the requirements of product drawings and relevant technical documents, and shall be qualified after inspection by the factory inspection department.
4.1.2 Samples shall be collected in the warehouse of the dust production plant or at the end of the production line. 4.1.3 Take samples of at least 6 pumps and conduct reliability test. 4.2 Test method
4.2.1 The reliability test of the oil delivery valve parts is carried out in the spray pump. 1. Cold drag operation is carried out. 4.2.2 The reliability test of the oil delivery valve parts is carried out in the 750h timed tail test mode. 4.2.3 The reliability test of the oil delivery valve parts is carried out in the same conditions as the spray pump. 2. Adjust the oil supply and its deviation of the spray pump according to the requirements of JB/51178. 4.2.4 Test period If the oil outlet parts are damaged, it is considered as failure, and the failed sample flow test is stopped. 4.2.5 When the outlet valve parts are tested for 750h, the sealing of the surface and the diameter should be checked. The surface sealing shall be tested according to the method specified in BT521712000 + 4.7. If there is air shock, it is judged as failure. 6) The sealing of the diameter shall be tested according to the method specified in 4.B of JB/T511712000. If the diameter sealing value (interval) is more than 3m higher than the membrane value of the same product, it is judged as failure. 5 Time of failure occurrence
