Precision Inspection of CNC Vertical Chuck Lathes
JB/T9895.1—1999
Replaces ZBJ53015--90
This standard specifies the inspection items, tolerances and inspection methods for the geometric accuracy and working accuracy of CNC vertical chuck lathes. This standard applies to CNC vertical chuck lathes with a chuck diameter less than or equal to 800mm. This standard also applies to CNC vertical double-axis chuck lathes. 2 Referenced Standards
The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T10931—1989 Method for evaluating the position accuracy of digital control machine tools GB/T17421.1--1998 General rules for machine tool inspection Part 1: Geometric accuracy of machine tools under no-load or finishing conditions 3 General requirements
3.1 When using this standard, reference should be made to GB/T17421.1, especially the installation before accuracy inspection, the temperature rise of the spindle and other components during idling, the inspection method and the accuracy of the inspection tools.
3.2 The geometric accuracy inspection item numbers listed in this standard do not represent the actual inspection order. For the convenience of installing and disassembling inspection tools and inspection, the inspection can be carried out in any order.
3.3 When inspecting the working accuracy, the inspection of the test piece should be carried out after finishing. The cutting amount, tool type and shape, and the material of the test piece shall be specified by the manufacturer.
3.4 When the measured length is different from the length specified in this standard, the tolerance shall be converted according to the measurable length in accordance with the provisions of 2.3.1.1 of GB/T17421.1--1998. When the conversion result is less than 0.005mm, it shall still be calculated as 0.005mm. 3.5 According to the agreement between the user and the manufacturer, the inspection items may be increased or decreased. 3.6 Each spindle and each tool holder of the CNC vertical double-axis chuck lathe shall be inspected accordingly according to the functional requirements. 3.7 The rotary axis of the turret tool holder shown in the schematic diagram is horizontal, but the actual rotary axis of the machine tool may be vertical or other forms. 4 Terminology
4.1 CNC vertical chucking machine CNC vertical chucking machine is an automated lathe with a program pre-compiled according to the processing requirements, and the CNC system sends digital information instructions to continuously control the movement of the machine tool, and performs various surface turning such as internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, curved surfaces, threads, etc., mainly processing disc-type parts, and with the spindle arranged vertically. 4.2 Primary plane primary plane The plane defined by the tool tip and the spindle axis. This plane has a major influence on the diameter of the workpiece. 4.3 Secondary plane secondary plane The plane that passes through the spindle axis and is perpendicular to the primary plane has a minor influence on the diameter of the workpiece.
