GBT50J9.4-2003
Three standards replace GB/T50J9.4-19H5 method for determining ash content in foods. Compared with GB/T5009.41S85, the following modifications have been made to this standard: the meaning of the standard name has been modified; the name of the standard is Determination of carbon content in foods Part 1: Chemical analysis method; the structure of the original standard has been revised; it has been written in accordance with GB/20.42001. The standard was issued by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China and is the responsibility of the National Institute of Standards and Technology for Food Safety. This standard was first issued in 1935 and this is the first revision. 1 Scope Determination of ash content in food
This standard specifies the determination method of ash content in food. This standard specifies the determination method of ash content in food. 2. Ash content in food is called organic matter after burning. Ash content is determined by burning standard. 3.1 3.2 Analytical method: 3.3 3.4 4.5 Analytical procedure: GB/T 5039.4—2003
4.1 Take a small moving muffle furnace, burn about 55% below 25% (= cool to below 2 and then release: cool to narrow overflow: accurate secret, and burn to the minister: 4.2 people ~ solid test ~ lead year standard quantity
4.3 travel price set in the water drop steam: solid or English ten after the test column first with a small fire agent heat stop test details fully carbonized The rate is especially appropriate, then the pieces are put into the furnace, and burned at 550℃+25℃ for 4h. Cool at 200℃ and then take out and cool in the dryer for 3)min. If there are particles before burning, the sample is moistened with a little water, and the lumps are loose, and the water is evaporated and burned again to a uniform point until the carbon particles are completely light, and the weight is accurate. Repeatedly burn until the difference between the two displacements is no more than 1 year: the constant weight. Calculate the result
X = m -n × 100wwW.bzxz.Net
Ash content in the sample, in grams (/1)) Mass of the sample, in grams (): Non-snail mass, in grams ()
m-band and pure mass, in grams (g)
And keep one significant figure
0 Density
The difference between the results of the second determination under the conditions of or under the conditions of the test shall not exceed 533% of the technical mean
