3.2.2The nominal capacity of drilling fluid volume is 30ml, and the capacity tolerance is ±2%. 3.2.3The nominal capacity of water volume is 100ml, and the capacity tolerance is ±1%. 3.3Appearance
Ugly: The glass test tube should be smooth, transparent, with clear scale, and no defects such as cracks and gaps. The screen of h200 days should be flat: there should be no damage, looseness, etc.: c. The inner wall of the funnel should be smooth: there should be no defects such as cracks and scratches. 3.4 Performance against transport environment
The instrument shall meet the requirements of ZBY002 under the conditions of transport packaging, including +55℃ for high temperature test, -40℃ for low temperature test, 95% for relative humidity (at 25℃), and 250mm for falling from the mountain. After the test, the instrument shall meet the requirements of Article 3.3 of this standard.
4 Test method
4.1 Test conditions
Temperature: 15~35℃ (the maximum allowable temperature change rate is 1℃/10min); a.
b. Relative humidity: 45%~75%;
c. Air pressure 86~106kPa.
4.2 Test equipment and materials
a. Burette: Class A. 1, 5, 10, 20ml each. b. Distilled water: 100ml or more.
4.3 The nominal capacity of the glass test tube and its capacity tolerance test adopts the injection comparison method. Use a clean, dry burette to draw different amounts of distilled water in turn and record the amount drawn: then inject it into the glass test tube, observe that the liquid level rises to the corresponding scale, stop injecting: calculate the difference between the actual injection amount and the nominal capacity, and the difference shall not exceed the provisions of Article 3.2.
4.4 Appearance inspection
The appearance and marking of the instrument shall meet the requirements of Article 3.3 and Article 6.1 by sensory inspection. 4.5 Anti-transport environment performance test
The test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of ZBY002. After the test, remove the packaging and check the requirements of Article 3.3 in accordance with the method of Article 4.4. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
Each instrument shall be inspected by the technical inspection department of the manufacturer before it can be shipped out of the factory. The inspection of the instrument shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
