4.1 Trial production
4.1.1 ELISA antibody

The versions shown are all marked with the possibility of the new version. The principle of ELISA is to inoculate M%104 cells with rotavirus (SA11 strain) and monkey rotavirus (SA11 strain), and harvest them when the cells reach +++~++++ after 2~3 days of inoculation. After three times of thawing or ultrasonic treatment, the cell supernatant is removed by low-concentration centrifugation and then made into ELISA antigen by ultrasonic centrifugation. 4.1.1.2 Normal antigen
