3 Classification and Main Dimensions
3.1 Type Classification
Circles are divided into four types according to their surface structure, and their names and codes are shown in Figure 1. Type A

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Materials
4.1.1 Tree speciesbzxZ.net
Round wreaths should be made of hard tree species, such as ash, birch, wood, and bright wood. 4.1.2 Material
Round wood should have straight texture, without defects such as insect bites, decay, knots, resin sacs, diagonal lines, cracks, etc. 4.2 Moisture content
Round wood should be dried, and its moisture content should be less than 7%. 4.3 Dimension tolerance
The dimensional tolerance of the diameter of the round sample should comply with the tolerance zone js1W of the center axis of QB/T3658--1999; the fit with the hole is shown in Appendix A, and the dimensional tolerance zone of its length should be js2w.
4.4 Process requirements
4.4.1 The surface of the round should be smooth, and the grooved round lollipop pattern should be clear. 4.4.2 The coconut end and the bottom of the hole should maintain a gap of 0.51mm. 4.4.3 When the round sample is used for joining, the hole wall must be glued, and the adhesive can be adenaldehyde resin glue or polyvinyl acetate glue, etc. 4.4.4 In the joint of multiple circles, the spacing between the circle samples shall preferably be 32mm, 64mm, and 96mm. 4.4.5 The diameter of the circle sample shall be two-fifths to one-half of the thickness of the matching plate 5 Packaging
After the circle is made, it shall be immediately packaged in a container to prevent moisture. 221
